LINks can enter health and social care premises to observe and assess the nature and quality of services. LINks can also obtain the views of people using those services.
LINks can use these visits to validate the evidence that they have already collected from local service users, patients, their carers and families. This can help to inform recommendations of the LINk and be fed back to relevant providers and commissioners.
